DK (Paris, France)
Side street of Champs Élysées, Paris, France
Given that it was close to the Champs Élysées, one of the most expensive and touristic streets in Paris, I expected to pay a lot and not necessarily receive the highest quality. But I was hungry and the place looked clean and quite fresh. They serve sandwiches, salads, kebabs, and burgers.
I get a Sandwich Merguez (€7), which come with fries and a drink. The fries are prefab and tasteless. The sausages are thick and deep fried before grilled (and one not even adequately). Overall quite fat and tasteless.
My main problem with places on touristic spots is not so much that they are expensive, but that they are bad too.
