BurgerLab is an Istanbul chain of modern burger restaurants, which plays into the worldwide trend in upscale burgers. It has currently five locations. All the meat is organic and the burgers are freshly prepared. In addition to some 6 different burgers, on burger bun and on Turkish bread, they have some salads.

 

I get the Mad Burger (21₺ or $5.85), which comes with lettuce, caramelized onions, tomato, and spicy sauce. The bun is thick and a bit dry, but overall not too dominant. The meat is very well prepared and makes the burger, as the spicy sauce is a paste that is spread on only part of the burger.
